Repair businesses — electronics, HVAC, appliances — were running their entire operation through WhatsApp group chats and shared spreadsheets. Jobs got lost. Appointments were missed. Technicians showed up to wrong addresses. Invoices were sent days late.
Field service is a sequencing problem: booking → assignment → dispatch → completion → payment. Each step needs to hand off cleanly to the next with the right information reaching the right person at the right time. We designed the platform around that flow.
Built a full-stack platform covering the entire repair job lifecycle: a customer-facing booking flow with service selection and scheduling, an admin job management panel, a technician mobile view with GPS navigation links and photo uploads, Stripe-powered automatic invoicing on job completion, and SMS/email notifications at every stage transition.
